In 2018, I had the honor of speaking at a few tech industry events, including a Women in Tech panel for the United States Armed Forces located in Fort Knox, Kentucky. That event was featured in the August 2018 issue of Signal Magazine. You can catch the panel recap on page 51.
After giving a presentation on How to Succeed in a Tech Career Even If You’re the Only Woman in the Room, I shared the stage with other women in tech and a local politician for a discussion panel. We ended with an audience Q&A session.

- How to bring more diversity to the tech field
- How to keep more local tech talent in the state of Kentucky
- Advice for women interested in pursuing STEM careers.
