This job aid was created for a web marketing firm where employees were struggling to understand when they should edit existing articles for SEO, SEM, and link building purposes versus ordering a brand new article to fit their web marketing needs. This job aid was created after interviewing the Operations Director, Operations Manager, and several employees on the web marketing team.
