The scientific Research and Development team for a leading global food ingredient manufacturing company created a technical innovation and needed training guides to help educate others in their industry on how to move away from artificial or synthetic food additives to more natural colors and flavors.


I collaborated with industry-leading food chemists, food scientists, and the marketing department to create interactive handouts with scannable QR codes, so that readers could watch videos or visit an interactive product comparison page to learn about differences in pH balance and color among various natural ingredients.

Handouts were distributed throughout industry trade shows, conferences, and conventions, and also included on the company website for consumer education.
