During the COVID-19 pandemic, I created presentations advocating for more diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the tech and FinTech fields.

These advocacy efforts were presented to an American billionaire CEO and the Human Resources Talent Acquisition department at a $90 Billion international company. Using the latest data, I presented a case for incorporating more equitable hiring practices and an inclusive environment within technology apprenticeship programs, impacting roughly 500 engineers per year in an organization of over 10,000 employees.

As part of this process, I conducted self-directed research on the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on remote learning. At the request of C-Level Directors, I also calculated the business return of investment of building diverse, inclusive, and equitable learning environments.
